       Fresh butternut squash and red peppers blended with crushed chillis, topped with cream and served with a crusty wholemeal baguette and butter.

         Sweet cherries bound with cream Brie wrapped in a delicate pastry parcel

Peking Duck Spring Rolls
     Traditional recipe Spring Rolls filled with delicious pieces of duck, hoi sin sauce, spring onions, green beans and carrot and served with plum dipping sauce.

Traditional Turkey

Slices of roast turkey served with butter roasted potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolatas, a home made Yorkshire pudding, parsnips and a selection of seasonal vegetables

Mignons of Lamb

Tender pieces of lamb braised in a red wine and redcurrant sauce flavored with Rosemary, Thyme and Juniper and garnished with button mushrooms and onions. Served with butter roasted potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

 

Salmon and Spinach en Croute

Delicious Salmon fillet on a bed of spinach topped with lemon and parsley butter and wrapped in puff pastry. Served with butter roasted potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables

 

Wild Rice, Spinach and Honey Roast (V)

A blend of wild and brown rice backed with spinach, mixed nuts, mature cheddar and crème fraiche, topped with a selection of honey roasted vegetables and flavoured with a rich ruby port. Served with butter roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
